Our company was founded in October 1970 by Claus Pohle (Technical Director) and Peter Sakewitz (General Director) in Buchholz, south of Hamburg. In the meantime Wolfgang Böhrs (Financial Director) and Jörg Reimer (Sales Director) became partner.
Since 1995 we produce in our premises in Zarrentin in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - about 65 km east from Hamburg - easily to be reached via the Autobahn A 24 Hamburg-Berlin.

With a team of 58 people we are handling our business: production of and dealing with packaging machines, mainly for the food industry. We don't see our aim only in selling machines, but we attach much importance on applications engineering. We also support our customers in packaging engineering for new products. Our long lasting experience in this field is a great profit.

Under our own registered brand VARIOVAC® we are designing and constructing our own

• thermoforming machines (Optimus, Primus and MultiPOWER) and
• tray sealers 

Meanwhile we are selling our VARIOVAC thermoformers world wide through our steadily enlarging net of agents.
The conceptual design of complete packaging is done with our reliable partners.

Furthermore we are selling

• vacuum chambers
• analysis- and leaktesting devices
• packaging coding systems for direct film coding
• ELS - labelling systems and
• EURO-FRISCHEBOX® trays and films

Of course we are offering full service and spare part supply for all machines sold.
